Request deletion of your Excotel member account.

Use this page if you want to delete your Excotel account and personal profile data from our member and booking services.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Email us from your registered Excotel account email, or mention the registered email in your message.
  2. Use the subject: Delete Account Request.
  3. Include your full name, registered email, phone number, and a short confirmation that you want your account deleted.
  4. Our team may verify your identity before processing the request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Member account profile such as name, email, phone number, avatar, and login access.
  • Saved account preferences and app-related profile information.
  • Live chat customer profile information where it is no longer needed for support records.

Data We May Need to Keep

Some information may be retained when required for hotel operations, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment disputes, or completed booking history.

  • Booking invoices, payment references, and transaction records.
  • Records required to resolve disputes, chargebacks, or legal obligations.
  • Security logs needed to protect the website and booking system.

Processing Time

We aim to review and process deletion requests within 7 working days after verification. If more time is needed, we will let you know using the contact information in your request.

Deleting your account may remove your ability to access member booking history, active member features, and app login. Active bookings should be completed or discussed with our team before deletion.
